CBSE School Admission 2027-28 | Baldwin Academy Patna
- Baldwin Academy Admission 2027-28 is open from November every year for Classes I to IX and XI for the upcoming academic session.
- The prospectus and registration form can be obtained from the school office or online. Parents seeking CBSE School Admission 2027-28 may complete the registration process by paying the prescribed registration fee. The completed registration form must be submitted to the school office within the specified timeline. The registration fee is non-refundable.
- There is a written assessment for students applying to Grade I and above, followed by an interaction with parents.
- The date of assessment, interaction, and other admission-related details will be communicated at the time of registration.
- No request for a change of date will be entertained. However, Baldwin Academy Patna reserves the right to modify the date and time of the interaction if required.
- Parents must bring the child’s Immunization Chart and original Birth Certificate issued by the Municipal Corporation, along with self-attested photocopies, during the admission process.
- No change in the date of birth will be accepted once admission has been completed at Baldwin Academy CBSE School Patna.
Admission Process
Step-1
Purchase of Admission Form and Prospectus.
Parents/Guardians can purchase the School Admission Form for their ward(s) at the school counter, Administrative Office or download an online form.
Step-2
After the submission of a filled admission form, a date will be scheduled for –
- Written Exam of the candidate for class II and above
- Oral Exam of the candidate applying for class I & below
Step-3
If the candidate qualifies the written/oral exam, a personal interview will be scheduled for the candidate and his/her parents with the Vice-Principal/Principal.
Step-4
If the candidate clears the interview, admission can be taken in the sanctioned class with admission formalities that can be completed at the school reception.
Pre Requisites
A photocopy of the date of birth certificate of their wards issued by a competent authority at the time of admission.
- Photographs of the ward – 5 (Passport Size) & 2 (Stamp Size) and One Family photo (With Child In Between).
- Blood Group Report (Photocopy).
- Transfer Certificate from Affiliated School / Govt. Recognized School. (Original)
- Photocopy of Aadhar Card of Child & Parents. (Mother / Father / Guardian)
- Application for admission should be given in the appropriate form.
- The school reserves the right to interact with children, along with their parents, if necessary after entrance test(s).
Admission Fee
Prospectus and Registration form can be obtained from the school office by paying the requisite registration fee and completed registration form needs to be deposited at the school office within the mentioned time.Please note the said registration fee shall be non-refundable.
Rules & Regulations
- Admission applications must be submitted using the appropriate application form.
- The school reserves the right to assess the child in any or all subjects if required.
- The school also reserves the right to accept or reject any application. The decision of the school authorities regarding admission will be final.
- Parents are requested to give at least one month’s advance notice if they wish to withdraw their child. In such cases, a fee equivalent to one month’s tuition fee will be charged for issuing the Transfer Certificate.
- Transfer of admission to another Baldwin branch is subject to availability and is not guaranteed. Fees already paid, including one-time charges, are not transferable between branches, and admission decisions will be at the discretion of the management.
- If a student is withdrawn during the middle of a quarter, the full quarter’s fee will still be applicable.
- Seats will be reserved for weaker sections of society as per the Government RTE Act, subject to the applicable State Government orders.
- If the supporting documents provided are found to be incomplete or invalid, the school management reserves the right to cancel or withdraw the admission.
Payment of Fees
- Fee must be paid in ADVANCE latest by the 10th day of each installment month as per fee-card, otherwise Late Fine @ Rs.20/- per day will be charged.
- Late Fine will be charged automatically in the system and will not be waived off once generated.
- If the fee is not paid for three consecutive months, student’s name will be struck off the rolls.
- Fee-card must be produced at the time of fee payment.
- Duplicate fee-card will be issued on payment of Rs.100/- only.
