Baldwin FAH School Admission 2027
ELIGIBILITY
- Admissions open from November for Classes I to IX & XI for the upcoming session.
- A written assessment and parent interaction are required for Grade I upwards.
- Assessment/interaction date and details will be shared at registration; no date change will be entertained, but the school reserves the right to modify the time if needed.
- Prospectus and registration form available at the school office or onlinehere, with payment of the registration fee.
- Completed registration form must be submitted to the school office within the specified time; registration fee is non-refundable.
- Parents must bring the Immunization chart and original Birth Certificate (issued by the Municipal Corporation) with self-attested photocopies during the admission process.
- No changes to the date of birth will be entertained after admission.
ADMISSION PROCESS
Step 1
- Purchase of Admission Form and Prospectus.
- Parents/Guardians can obtain the Admission Form at the school counter, Administrative Office, or download it online.
Step 2
- After submitting the completed admission form, a
date will be scheduled for:
i. Written Exam for candidates applying
for Class II and above.
ii. Oral Exam for candidates applying for Class I and below.
Step 3
- If the candidate qualifies the written/oral exam, a personal interview will be scheduled with the Vice-Principal/Principal for the candidate and their parents.
Step 4
- If the candidate clears the interview, admission can be completed in the sanctioned class, with the formalities completed at the school reception.
PRE REQUISITES
- A photocopy of the date of birth certificate issued by a competent authority at the time of admission.
- 5 Passport Size Photographs, 2 Stamp Size Photographs, and 1 Family Photo (with child in between).
- Blood Group Report (Photocopy).
- Transfer Certificate from an affiliated or government-recognized school (Original).
- Photocopy of Aadhar Card for the child and parents (Mother/Father/Guardian).
- Admission application should be submitted in the appropriate form.
- The school reserves the right to interact with the child and parents, if necessary, after the entrance test(s).
ADMISSION FEE
- The Prospectus and Registration form can be obtained from the school office upon payment of the required registration fee.
- The completed registration form must be submitted to the school office within the stipulated time.
- The registration fee is non-refundable.
RULES & REGULATIONS
- The application for admission must be submitted on the appropriate form.
- The school reserves the right to evaluate the child in any or all subjects.
- The school reserves the right to select or reject any application. The decision of the school authorities regarding admission is final.
- Parents must provide at least one month’s advance notice for withdrawal of their child. A fee equivalent to one month’s tuition fee will be charged for issuing the transfer certificate.
- Transfer of admission to another Baldwin branch is a matter of preference and not guaranteed. Paid fees, including one-time charges, are non-transferable between branches. The management reserves the right of admission.
- Full quarter’s school fees will be charged for any withdrawal during the middle of that quarter.
- Seats will be reserved for the weaker sections of society as per the government RTE Act, subject to compliance with State Government Orders.
- If supporting documents are found to be inadequate, the school management reserves the right to withdraw or cancel the admission.
Payment of Fees
- Fee must be paid in ADVANCE latest by the 10th day of each installment month as per fee-card, otherwise Late Fine @ Rs.20/- per day will be charged.
- Late Fine will be charged automatically in the system and will not be waived off once generated.
- If the fee is not paid for three consecutive months, student’s name will be struck off the rolls.
- Fee-card must be produced at the time of fee payment.
- Duplicate fee-card will be issued on payment of Rs.100/- only.
Re-admission
- If a student whose name has been struck off the rolls seeks re-admission, a re-admission fee equivalent to the admission fee for that academic session will be charged, provided re-admission is permissible and sanctioned by the Principal.
- Any collection charges levied will be payable by the parents/guardians.
- The detailed fee structure will be shared with parents only after confirmation of admission.
