School Discipline Policy

When parents enroll their ward at Baldwin, they entrust us with a holistic development and the future of their ward. Baldwin family is not only responsible for providing quality education to the children, but also for instilling the fundamental qualities of a good and responsible human being.
Discipline is at the crux of this thought process and the most vital part in achieving any endeavor in life.
To inculcate discipline among the students, first the teachers have to be disciplined in front of the students and among themselves.
They have to lead by example, displaying exemplary behavior around the students. The students imitate and learn from their teachers and parents.
The School Advisory Board gives utmost importance to discipline. Please refer to the school diary for ideal code of conduct and acceptable behavior.
