Eligibility
1. Enrollment Timeline:
Our admission cycle opens annually in November for Classes I–IX and XI for the upcoming academic session.
2. Registration Process:
Collect and submit registration forms from our office or website. Please note that all registration fees are strictly non-refundable.
3. Assessment & Evaluation:
Students applying for Grade I and above must complete a written assessment. Following the evaluation, we invite parents for an interactive session. We will provide specific dates and further details regarding these sessions at the time of registration.
4. Scheduling Policies:
The school does not entertain requests to change scheduled assessment or interaction dates. However, the administration reserves the right to reschedule these sessions if necessary.
5. Documentation Requirements:
Please present the child’s original birth certificate (issued by the Municipal Corporation) and their immunisation chart during the admission process. You must also provide self-attested photocopies of these documents. Once you complete the admission process, the school will not permit any changes to the recorded date of birth.
Admission Process
Step 1:
Purchase the Prospectus. Visit the school counter or the Administrative Office to purchase the Admission Form and Prospectus. Alternatively, you may download the online version from our website.
Step 2:
Complete the Evaluation. Once you submit the completed form, we will schedule an evaluation date. Candidates for Class II and above must take a written exam, while candidates for Class I and below must complete an oral assessment.
Step 3:
Attend the Interview. Successful candidates and their parents will meet with the Principal or Vice-Principal for a personal interview.
Step 4:
Finalise Enrollment After clearing the interview, you may complete the final admission formalities at the school reception to secure your child’s seat in the sanctioned class.
Pre Requisites
Required Documentation & Records
- Birth Certificate: Submit a photocopy of the child’s birth certificate issued by a competent municipal authority.
- Identification: Provide photocopies of the Aadhar Cards for the child and both parents (or legal guardians).
- Medical Records: Include a photocopy of the child’s official Blood Group Report.
- Transfer Certificate: Submit the original Transfer Certificate (TC) from the previous affiliated or government-recognised school.
Photographs
Please provide the following recent photographs:
- 5 Passport-size photos of the child.
- 2 Stamp-size photos of the child.
- 1 Family photograph (featuring the child positioned between the parents).
Final Procedures
- Application Form: Complete and submit your application using only the official school admission form.
Assessments
Note that the school administration reserves the right to conduct an interaction with the child and parents following the entrance evaluation.
Admission Fee
Purchase the prospectus and registration form at the school office. Submit the completed form within the deadline. Please note that all registration fees are non-refundable.
Rules & Regulations
- Official Application: Submit all admission requests using the school’s prescribed application form only.
- Academic Evaluation: The school reserves the right to assess the candidate in any or all subjects during the entrance process.
- Final Authority: The school administration maintains the absolute right to accept or reject any application; all admission decisions are final.
- Withdrawal Notice: Provide at least one month’s written notice for withdrawals. The school charges a fee equivalent to one month’s tuition to issue a Transfer Certificate.
- Branch Transfers: Transfer to another Baldwin branch depends entirely on seat availability and remains at the sole discretion of the management.
- Fee Policy: The school does not transfer previously paid fees or one-time charges between different branches.
- Quarterly Commitment: If you withdraw a student during the middle of a quarter, you must still pay the full tuition fee for that entire quarter.
- Document Integrity: The management reserves the right to cancel or withdraw admission if we find any submitted documents to be invalid or incomplete.
Payment of Fees
- Fee must be paid in ADVANCE latest by the 10th day of each installment month as per fee-card, otherwise Late Fine @ Rs.20/- per day will be charged.
- Late Fine will be charged automatically in the system and will not be waived off once generated.
- If the fee is not paid for three consecutive months, student’s name will be struck off the rolls.
- Fee-card must be produced at the time of fee payment.
- Duplicate fee-card will be issued on payment of Rs.100/- only.
